Court orders to give advertisement in news papers against Ali Amin Gandapur

The court has ordered police to give advertisement in tomorrow’s newspapers to declare Ali Amin Gandapur former Chief Minister (CM) KP proclaimed offender due to his non appearance in the court in recovery of arms and liquor case.
According to media reports District and Sessions Court Islamabad took up for hearing recovery of arms and liquor case against the former CM KP Monday. Hearing was held before Judicial magistrate Mubashar Hassan Chishti.
Ali Amin Gandapur did not appear in the court, The proceedings of proclaimed offender against Gandapur could not be completed.
The court ordered police to give advertisement in the news papers tomorrow.
The court also issued arrest warrants of Ali Amin Gandapur. The court issued arrest warrants of Ali Amin Gandapur due to his continuous absence.
Case against Ali Amin Gandapur is registered in police station Bhara Kahu.
Judicial magistrate Mubashar Hassan Chishti took up for hearing Haqiqi Azadi March case against Ali Amin Gandapur and others and issued arrest warrants in two cases.
The hearing of the case was adjourned till January 8. It is pertinent to mention here PTI founder, Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Zartaj Gul and others have been acquitted in these two cases. However two cases are still registered against Ali Amin Gandapur and others in police station Bhara Kahu.
