Bhatti gate tragedy
LAHORE: District Kutchery Lahore Court has ordered to release 5 accused arrested in the case of death of mother and daughter after falling in manhole in Bhatti Gate Lahore. The court has ordered release on the basis of out of court settlement of the matter. The court approved bail plea of the accused due to reconciliation. The plaintiff said we don’t want to initiate any further proceedings against the accused persons. We have no objection if the accused are acquitted or discharged from the case. Judicial magistrate Safdar Abbas heard the case. Police have registered case in police station Bhatti gate. There are five accused including Suleman Yasin, Usman Yasin, Ahmad Nawaz. Online
