City court has ordered to release PTI Sindh president Haleem Adil Sheikh.
The court has issued release order of Haleem Adil Sheikh in the case registered against him in city court police station. The court had approved bail of Haleem Adil Sheikh against surety bonds in the sum of Rs 50000.
The court remarked Haleem Adil Sheikh be released from jail if he is not wanted in any other case. Ali Zaidi is also nominated in the case. Case was registered on the charges of helping Hassan Niazi to escape.
In Sindh High Court (SHC) The state counsels sought time to offer arguments on two different petitions against the arrest of Haleem Adil Sheikh .
Two different petitions against the arrest of Haleem Adil Sheikh came up for hearing in Sindh High Court on Monday.
The state counsel while taking plea told that request of identical nature has been made in two different petitions.
The state counsel told the court other respondents in addition to provincial anti corruption have filed reply in writing. The two petitions be clubbed.
The court while accepting state counsel plea adjourned hearing of the case till January 29.
