KARACHI: The Sindh High Court has reduced the bail amount of Dania Shah from Rs2 million to half a million after the third wife of late televangelist Dr Aamir Liaquat filed an application in the court requesting a cut in the surety bonds. Dania’s mother pleaded with the court on Thursday to reduce the amount of the surety bond, claiming that she cannot afford such a hefty amount due to meager resources. It merits here to mention that Dania Shah was granted bail by the SHC two days ago on the grounds of insufficient evidence, in exchange for surety bonds totaling Rs2 million. DNA
