Lahore High Court (LHC) Rawalpindi bench has rejected the plea for desealing Lal Haveli immediately. Haveli was sealed by the ETPB. The case came up for hearing before LHC Rawalpindi bench led by Justice Jawad Hassan Tuesday. The court while summoning deputy administrator ETPB along with record adjourned the hearing of the case till October 2. During the hearing of the petition deputy administrator and legal advisor of ETPB appeared in the court while Abdul Razzaq Khan and his junior lawyer Shahbaz Khan represented the petitioner Sheikh Siddique.
