Toshakhana-2 case

Islamabad High Court (IHC) while removing registrar office objections on appeal pleas of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in Toshakhana-2 case has ordered to mark number on them.
Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro took up for hearing the petition for removing the objections raised by registrar office that pleas have not been filed in time.
Barrister Suleman Safdar counsel for Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi appeared in the court.
Aleema Khan sister of PTI founder Suleman Akram Raja and Intezar Punjhuta too remained in the court room.
Counsel Suleman Safdar argued yesterday we were expecting some relief would have been given to us during Ramadan. We have met chief justice yesterday after a long time. My worry is this that the power of attorneys are not being provided to me since long. I am counsel in 300 cases.
Suleman Safdar said chief justice assured us yesterday that our genuine issues will be addressed. I have filed this petition with heavy heart. This happened so because the power of attorneys were not provided after getting them signed. Now I have knelt down before the court on this matter.
Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro remarked you should not kneel down. We have stood this side for 21 years.
Suleman Safdar said you are hearing a case in division bench too.
Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro remarked power of attorney is not needed by the counsel in appeal.
Upon it counsel Suleman Safdar said you are saying but diary branch does not hear it.
Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro said you are saying superintendent Adiala jail is not getting signed the power of attorney.
Suleman Safdar said yes superintendent Adiala jail is not getting signed the power of attorny.
Following the arguments by counsel the court removed the registrar office objections on the appeal pleas and ordered to mark number on the appeals of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi.
Suleman Safdar requested the court if court gives some next date.
Justice Khadim Hussain remarked your appeal is being fixed every week before us. You have no problem from here. Aleema Khan started asking from Suleman Safdar with reference to marking the number near the rostrum.
On hearing Aleema Khan , Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro remarked smilingly “aray baba number will be provided. I have issued order.
Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro remarked while seeing Aleema Khan your counsel is very strong.
Suleman Safdar said I tell her.
