ISLAMABAD
The court has reserved judgment on bail pleas filed by PTI workers in November 26 protest cases.
The hearing of cases registered against PTI workers in connection with November 26 protest came up before Judicial magistrate Ahmad Shahzad Gondal in district and sessions court Islamabad Monday. Sardar Masroof advocate gave arguments on behalf of the accused on the bail after arrest plea in respect of 9 PTI workers.
The counsel said the bail of the co-accused has been granted by High Court.
It is binding on this court to approve bail under article 201 of the constitution. All the accused were not arrested from the scene. Police don’t need these accused for investigation now.
Later reserved judgment of the case after hearing the arguments of the lawyers.
It is pertinent to mention here case is registered against the accused in police station Ramna for violating section 144 and under other clauses.
