ISLAMABAD
District and Sessions Court Islamabad has uphold non-bailable arrest warrants of KP Chief Minister (CM) Ali Amin Gandapur in audio leaks case due to his absence.
Audio leaks case came up for hearing District and Session Courts Islamabad.
Raja Zahoor ul Hassan advocate counsel for KP CM appeared in the court.
The co-accused Asad Farooq was present in the court and marked his attendance.
The court fixed next hearing of the case on April 18.
The court upheld already issued non bailable arrest warrants of Ali Amin Gandapur for his persistent absence .
It is pertinent to mention here case against Ali Amin Gandapur and Asad Farooq is registered in police station Golra.
Hearing of the case has been adjourned till April 18.
