The wounds of India’s defeat by Australia in the final of the ICC ODI World Cup have not yet healed.
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi termed Narendra Modi as Panoti (unblest) for the team. Australia became the world champion of cricket for the sixth time by defeating the unbeaten and host team India by 6 wickets in the final of the World Cup.
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi along with Bollywood actors specially came to Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad to watch the final between Australia and India. The Indian Prime Minister hoped that India would win the World Cup and he would give the World Cup trophy to Rohit Sharma with his own hands, but this wish of Narendra Modi could not be fulfilled.
While the Indian fans are disappointed after losing the final against Australia, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi called Narendra Modi as a unblessed for the presence of the Indian Prime Minister in the ground.
