Newly appointed Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Peshawar Qamar Hayat Khan on Saturday paid a surprise visit to Traffic Police Lines where he inspected security and other arrangements.
During the visit, traffic police chief checked the diary, record, personnel statement, references, uniform warehouse, as well as detailed review of the traffic control room and various sections of the lines.
While checking the residential barracks of the traffic police officials, he got aware of the problems faced by the officials and issued special instructions to give all possible facilities to the traffic officers as well as to improve the security arrangements of the traffic line and take special care of cleanliness.
He also instructed the traffic officers and the administrative staff to complete the records on time and take special care of cleanliness and said that there will be no compromise on the security of the traffic lines.
Qamar Hayat Khan issued special instructions regarding security and improve the washrooms and barber shops of the personnel in the lines.
