Special Assistant to the Chief Minister for Information and Public Relations Barrister Muhammad Ali Saif has said that the nations that worked on culture preservation survived, saying that preserving one’s culture is a characteristic of living nations. He said we have to preserve our culture for the bright future of our generations and identity in the global community.
He expressed these views while addressing the closing ceremony of the two-day Art and Cultural Exhibition in Swabi, said an official statement.
Students from different universities and colleges of the province participated in the closing ceremony of the art and cultural exhibition.
On this occasion, calligraphy, painting and fashion and textile competitions were organized among the students.
More than 1000 works of art created by the students were also exhibited on this occasion.
Speaking at the event, Barrister Muhammad Ali Saif said that after seeing the work of students and youth related to art and culture, it was clear that our culture will be preserved in the best and best way for future generations.
Barrister Saif while appreciating the students said that they have done excellent paintings and calligraphy related to the culture of the region.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government is giving special attention to arts, culture and other such fields.
Although in the past these areas have not been given the attention they should have been given, we will now provide government patronage in the light of suggestions from experts in the field.
At the end of the ceremony, Barrister Mohammad Ali Saif distributed cash prizes and certificates to the students who won the first, second and third positions in painting, calligraphy and culture.
