Islamabad: IESCO New chief Mr. Basit Zaman Ahmed has said that customers trust on IESCO is our ledge, continuous supply of electricity and provision of best services to our valued customers is our motto.
He advised all field officers to remain maximum in field to identify customer’s issues and to rectify these issues well in time.
He said that to win the trust of customers we should have to improve our attitude, working and should develop customer friendly atmosphere.
He said that zero tolerance policy against corruption and misconduct will be followed.
According to IESCO spokesperson, Mr. Basit Zaman Ahmed has been worked on key posts i.e GM Customer services and Operation Director IESCO. Keeping in view of his vast experience IESCO will further improve it services. His appointment as IESCO CEO is being appreciated in all arreas.
