Adviser to the Prime Minister for Political and Public Affairs and National Heritage, Engr Amir Muqam here Sunday said that Daily Mail has tendered apology to the Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif over its false allegations of corruption against him and declared it victory of truth.
Addressing PMLN workers convention at Sher Garh here, Amir Muqam that the ugly faces of all those elements, who filed fake cases against PMNL leaders were exposed before masses after Daily Mail’s apology and acquittal of Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah in a false narcotics case.
He said that even courts and investigations agencies in the foreign countries have endorsed that all members of Sharif Family including Nawaz Sharif were “Sadiq and Ameen.” Despite two years long investigations, he said that UK National Crimes Agency did not prove a single penny of corruption against any member of the Sharif family.
He said that Imran Khan was a certified lair as his corrupt practices and lies based politics were exposed in Tosha Khana and PTI foreign funding cases by the Election Commission of Pakistan.
He said Imran Khan had tried to drag state institutions into politics by levelling baseless allegations against its leadership after his alleged loot and plunder were exposed before public.
He said Imran Khan has deceived masses especially youth through hallow catchy slogans, adding instead to take resignation from the Prime Minister during his flopped longmarch, the PTI Chairman announced to dissolve KP and Punjab assemblies where his party was in power.
He said Imran’s announcement of assemblies disolution were also proved a lie.
He gave credit to CM Punjab for foil the ill designs of Imran Khan.
Amir Muqam questioned that if a three times Prime Minister can be disqualified for not taking salary from his son under Articles 62 and 63 then why not Imran who was found guilty of corrupt practices in Tosha Khana case can be disqualified under the same articles.
He said billion trees project was taken over by the NAB that was big question mark on its transparency.
He said contest of by election from different constituencies by Imran signified that he has no trust in the party workers and feared that Imran may likely to write his name on the reserved women and minorities seats in next general election.
Muqam said Imran Khan had made tall claims to file cases against Financial Times but this slogan was also proved as a lie.
Muqam said that former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif had faced all problems with bravery and under his leadership all the problems of Pakistan would be addressed.
He said Nawaz Sharif made Pakistan an atomic power, established network of motorways, added 12000MW electricity to the national grid and restored dignity and prestige of the country abroad.
