KOHAT: Deputy Commissioner Kohat Dr. Azmatullah Wazir on Thursday planted a sapling in Government High School No. 3 in connection with the plantation drive here. The District Forest Officer, District Education Officer, Principal Government High School No. 3, officers and teachers of the education department participated in the plantation ceremony. The Deputy Commissioner appealed to the students and teachers to plant saplings in schools, colleges and other places during the plantation campaign to expand the green areas which is also good for human health. On this occasion, Deputy Commissioner Kohat Dr. Azmatullah Wazir urged the students to play their role in making the plantation drive successful and protect plants in their areas so that the atmosphere in Kohat could be made healthy.
