ISLAMABAD: District and Session Courts Islamabad has deferred the decision of defamation case filed by PML-N leader Ahsan Iqbal against PTI leader Murad Saeed due to transfer of the learned judge. District and Sessions judge Hakim Khan Bakhar sought arguments again in the case. The counsels of the respondents will give arguments on next hearing. The court adjourned the hearing of the case till May 26. Additional and Session judge Muhammad Shabbir Bhatti had reserved judgment. The court had reserved judgment following completion of the arguments by the respondents. Counsels for Murad Saeed and Ahsan Iqbal appeared in the court. Ahsan Iqbal had appeared in the court and recorded his statement. Counsels of Murad Saeed have been appearing in the court. Ahsan Iqbal has filed Rs 10 billon defamation case against Murad Saeed. Murad Saeed had leveled allegation of corruption against Ahsan Iqbal in Sukkar-Multan motorway. Online
