Public servants must focus on service delivery and professional excellence is key to national development. These views were expressed by Captain (Retd.) Usman Gul, Director General NIPA/PARD/PPSA, during the graduation ceremony of the 43rd Mid-Career Management Course (MCMC) held at NIPA Peshawar.
He added that in-service training courses at NIPA, such as the Mid-Career Management Course (MCMC), empower public servants to serve the people in the best way. The Director General also appreciated the outstanding contributions of Dr. Ijaz Munir, Rector NSPP, who, during his tenure, provided exemplary leadership and effectively led NSPP.
DG Usman Gul acknowledged Dr. Munir’s continuous support for NIPA Peshawar, noting his generous and gracious contributions to the institution.
Addressing the graduating officers, DG Usman Gul urged them to “do good to the people,” stating that this is the true litmus test of public service delivery and the effectiveness of public servants.
He extended heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Muqeem ul Islam, Chief Instructor of MCMC, as well as the faculty, IT team, administration, and support staff, for their dedicated efforts in making the course a success.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, Dr. Muqeem ul Islam, Chief Instructor MCMC, presented the course report to the Director General.
