DG Punjab Horticulture Authority Ms. Naheed Gul Baloch paid a special visit to Bagh-e-Shaheedan Park, PIA Park, Lower Topa Park and Flower Shop in Murree, reviewed the steps taken by Horticulture Agency Rawalpindi for beautification and public convenience, Ahmed Hassan Ranjha briefed DG PHA regarding the beautification projects by HA Rawalpindi in Murree, on this occasion the concerned authorities While giving instructions, he said that the facilities for tourists and the quality of beauty in parks in Murree should be further improved, the decoration of flowers and plants should be further enhanced, so that the beauty of Murree city is enhanced, in addition, the number of lush plants in parks should be increased, and the need to further improve the provision of more facilities for tourists was emphasized.
Later, DG Punjab Horticulture Authority Ms. Naheed Gul Baloch inspected the set-outs built in Murree and gave special instructions. Along with this, she also visited the sites of ongoing beautification and upgradation projects in Murree.
Ms. Naheed Gul Baloch also visited the HA head office in Murree along with MDHA.
Ahmed Hassan Ranjha informed about the upgradation work of parks, squares, intersections and important places in Murree and detailed discussions were held on other important issues. MD Horticulture Agency Rawalpindi informed about the ongoing work on the current and future beautification projects of Murree.
DG PHA Naheed Gul Baloch commended the efforts of HA Rawalpindi to maintain the beauty of Murree city.
He said that the implementation of all tourist facilities projects in Murree city should be made more effective so that tourism can be promoted.
He directed the concerned authorities to make the recreational places more attractive so that Murree city can be kept beautiful and spacious. MD Horticulture Agency Rawalpindi assured that HA Rawalpindi is committed to providing better recreational facilities and a green environment to the citizens of Murree.
