MARDAN: Majority of the poor patients showed great concern over the lack of X-ray films at district headquarter hospital (DHQ) and complained that they are compelled to conduct X-ray from private X-ray machines outside the hospital on huge fees. It may be noted that X-ray films have become rare in DHQ Hospital in the last few months. Taking advantage of the lack of x-ray film in the hospital, the hospital administration allegedly takes a photo of the x-ray computer screen with a mobile phone and allegedly collects the full fee from the patients.
