District Police Officer (DPO) Khyber, Waqar Ahmed, visited the District Court Khyber and conducted a detailed review of the security arrangements to ensure the safety of litigants, lawyers, and court staff.
During the visit, the DPO inspected entry and exit points, deployment of personnel, walk-through gates, and other surveillance and security measures in place at the court premises. He assessed the overall preparedness of the security staff and reviewed existing protocols.
Issuing on-the-spot instructions to the DSP Jamrud Circle and the in-charge of court security, DPO Waqar Ahmed emphasized that the protection of life and property of all individuals visiting the court is the police’s top priority. He categorically stated that no negligence or lapse in duty would be tolerated and that maximum alertness must be maintained at all times.
The DPO further directed the deployed personnel to perform their duties with dedication and vigilance, keep a close watch on suspicious individuals, and ensure that security arrangements are reviewed regularly on a daily basis to maintain a high level of preparedness.
