PTI leader Dr Yasmin Rashid has decided to resort to court against Election Tribunal (ET) decision with reference to NA-130.
After making consultation with her legal team in jail, Dr Yasmin Rashid has directed her counsel to challenge tribunal decision.
According to counsel for Dr Yasmin Rashid application has been filed for attested copy of decision of ET. Petition will be filed in the court as soon copy of the tribunal decision is received. Tribunal did not review the facts correctly.
Tribunal rejected election petition of Dr Yasmin Rashid on technical grounds.
Election Tribunal Lahore had declared Dr Yasmin Rashid election petition against Nawaz Sharif non maintainable.
