MARDAN: Dr. Syed Zafarullah Bakhshali, Chairman of the Pashto Department at Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan (AWKUM), has been assigned the additional responsibility of Deputy Chief Proctor for the academic year 2025–26. The university’s competent authority issued an official notification of the appointment yesterday. Dr. Bakhshali has been associated with the Pashto Department at Abdul Wali Khan University for the past ten years, where he has contributed significantly to academic and departmental development.
