Election Commission (EC) has dismissed petition seeking disqualification of Finance Minister (FM) Senator Ishaq Dar.
PTI parliamentary leader in Senate. Senator Shahzad Wasim had filed petition praying the EC to declare Senator Ishaq Dar seat vacant.
The EC while announcing decision dismissed the petition seeking disqualification of Senator Ishaq Dar.
It is pertinent to mention here that EC while reserving judgment on Senator Shahzad Wasim had announced to give decision on January 09.
