ISLAMABAD: Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has cancelled registration of 4 more political parties and issued notification in this regard. According to media report, the action by ECP against political parties is continuing. ECP has delisted four more political parties. According to decision the political parties have been delisted due to different reasons and notification regarding cancellation of registration of four political parties hase been issued. The delisted parties are Technology Movement Pakistan, Awami Jamhoori Party Pakistan, Hum Awam Pakistan Party, and Pakistan Reform Party. It has been said in this regard that these parties have been delisted for not holding intra party election, for not filing annual declaration of assets and not fulfilling other requirements. Following the cancellation of registration of these 4 political parties a latest list of political parties has been issued. According to this list number of political parties has reduced to 164. It is pertinent to mention here PTI and TLP are existing in list without any organization. Earlier Election commission had delisted Pak Sirzameen party and Istehkam Pakistan Tehreek.
