LAHORE: SP Cantt Lahore has been removed from his office on the matter of police raid on the house of Attorney General of Pakistan (AGP) Mansoor Awan. According to police CCPO has nominated 2 officers as inquiry officers in connection with inquiry into the matter. Both the officers reviewed the site of the venue of the incident. Both the officers will submit the report to CCPO on completion of inquiry. As per media report, earlier case was registered against 11 police personnel including SHO for bringing police contingent to the house of Attorney General due to misperception. Irfan driver of Attorney General told that when police came then only servants were in the home. Police men broke the flower pots lying outside home. Police took with it CCTV system while returning. Police returned DVR after deleting the footage of CCTV cameras when attorney general returned home. ONLINE
