ISLAMABAD
The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has established its ‘Display Centers’ across the country to publish unofficial electoral lists for the coming general elections.
According to ECP’s spokesperson, citizens can approach their relative forums for their vote’s entry, rectification of their documents, or any other queries.
The Spokesperson said 20159 display centers are being established at educational institutions and government buildings. Punjab has 12037, Sindh 3609, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 3040, while 1473 display centers are established in Balochistan. These centers will remain functional between May 21 to June 19.
The spokesperson said ECP also released videos to aware masses regarding the electoral process. He said in case if any eligible person’s vote is not listed by the ECP, they may ensure their vote as per their permanent or temporary address.
