ISLAMABAD
Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has registered a new political party.
New political party has been registered in the name of “ Bahawalpur Awami Haqooq Party (BAHP) “ formally. Its notification has been issued by ECP.
The number of registered political parties has reached 167 following the registration of this new party.
According to press release issued by ECP intra party election of B AHP has been accepted. According to it Muhammad Suleman Mehtab has been elected as party president.
With the registration of BAHP, a new political voice has come to fore in connection with problems and rights of people of South Punjab particularly Bahawalpur.
