The existing paper based pension system will be fully changed to paperless e-Pension system

Chief Minister (CM) KP Ali Amin Gandapur has given approval to Ehsaad e- Pension system which will stand implemented from January 01, 2026.
CM Secretariat has worked out concept paper to introduce e-Pension system. Orders have been issued to finance department to give it practical shape.
Payment of pension to new pensioners will be made under e-pension system from January 2026.
The existing paper based pension system will be fully changed to paperless e-Pension system. Ehsaas Pension Dash board will be introduced in this regard. This dash board will be web based platform.
Under this system the employees will be able to file pension case by filling a simple digital form on portal 6 months before their retirement. All necessary documents will be uploaded on portal directly by scanning them in safe way. In next phase system will create time bound tasks in automatic way for respective authorities.
Under new system not a physical file or paper will be used in any phase. All the process of verification and approval will be completed through digital system.
System will prepare sanction order, retirement order pension papers and pension payment order under automatic process. These all orders will be digitally signed. These will be acceptable legally.
Chief minister, chief secretary and finance secretary will monitor the performance through dashboard.
Target for formal inauguration of E-Pension system has been fixed till January 15, 2026.
