LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) has summoned the respondent for arguments on the petition related to establishment of museum in Walton airport; The petition filed by Lahore Flying club and others for establishment of museum on Walton airport came up for hearing before Justice Resaal Hasan Syed of LHC Monday. The counsel for civil aviation took the plea that CBD law has been challenged. There was flying club in Walton and then it was shifted from there. Now flying club has gone to Mureedkay. All will begin within two weeks. The counsel for respondent said Justice Ali Baqar Najafi has decided these matters. Justice Jawad Hassan had directed for establishment of museum therein. We have made only this request to shift the museum from one place to other place. ONLINE
