xLAHORE: Caretaker Health Minister Punjab Dr. Javed Akram has said that eye treatment through health card in private hospitals has been suspended for 2 weeks. In this regard, he said that the health card will continue uninterruptedly in the province. Dr. Javed Akram said that there is room for improvement in the Universal Health Insurance Program due to the shortcomings. The Caretaker Health Minister further said that there has been a lot of corruption in the Universal Health Insurance Program in the past.
