Chairman, Amun Taraqqi Party (ATP) Muhammad Faiq Shah has congratulated PTI chairman Imran Khan for his sweeping victory in recently held by-elections.
In a statement issued here on Thursday, Shah has felicitated former prime minister Imran Khan for record win in by-polls, expressing the hope that he (IK) will play his due role in promotion of democratic and moral values and giving a brighter future for the youth generation.
Political disagreement is part of democracy, but we congratulate him for marvelous public campaign, ensuring participation of people in the electoral process and individually contesting by-election in six constituencies, Shah remarked.
He continued to say that Allah Al-mighty and people have given him a chance that he will give a radiant political and social future to youth.
Faiq emphasized the need of fostering the rule of law and justice in order to ensure the process of self-accountability in a true sense.
He opined good traditions can be born by exercising and accepting tolerance against each other in democracy and public authority.
Time has changed and political stability cannot come by indulging into past politics, the ATP chief said.
He asked to create easy electoral means for every person by making election reforms.
“A workable manifesto for bringing a collective leadership and giving better future for youth is available with us”,
If any political party would follow the agenda, success will be of Pakistan, he claimed.
