Faizabad protest on disqualification of Imran case: Court indicts on accused

ISLAMABAD: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has indicted accused Raja Majid in the case related to protest at Faizabad in connection with disqualification of PTI founder. The court while summoning the prosecution witnesses on next hearing has adjourned hearing of the case till May 19. Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra of ATC took up the case for hearing. The accused pleaded not guilty. Exemption from attendance pleas were filed by the accused Faisal Javed Khan and Wasiq Qayyum. Aamir Mehmood Kiyani and other accused appeared in the court. The court has already indicted Faisal Javed Khan and other accused persons on previous hearing. Sardar Masroof Khan and Zahid Bashir Dar appeared on behalf of the accused. The court while summoning the prosecution witnesses on next hearing adjourned the hearing of the case trill May 19. Faisal Javed Khan, Wasiq Qayyum, Aamir Kiyani and others are nominated in the case.
