CHICHAWATNI: Judge of Model court Additional Sessions Judge Muhammad Abubakar Siddique has awarded death sentence to father for committing rape with his daughter. The court awarded death sentence and fined Rs 3 lac to guilty father on proving the offence. A father subjected his daughter to rape in village 110 12-L Sadara police station and police registered case against him under 376 TP.
