Petition has been filed in Federal Constitutional Court (FCC) for restoration of Ali Amin Gandapur as Chief Minister (CM) KP.

The petitioner has taken the plea the resignation of Ali Amin Gandapur be declared unconstitutional and null and void.
Denotifying Ali Amin Gandapur is illegal and in conflict with constitution.
The resignation of Ali Amin Gandapur was taken on the dictation of a convicted and disqualified person. The notification regarding appointment of Sohail Afridi as CM be nullified. Ali Amin Gandapur be restored as CM KP again. Resignation from Ali Amin Gandapur was taken under pressure. There is no legal status of the resignation of Ali Amin Gandapur. All the official decisions made as a result of unconstitutional measures be cancelled.
