ISLAMABAD: Federal Constitutional Court (FCC) has declared Supreme Court (SC) decision regarding demolition of Pir Sohawa Monal restaurant null and void. FCC approved appeal pleas from CDA and Metropolitan city besides vacating stay order. Trial courts were directed to decide the cases as soon as possible. FCC maintained that the trail courts will decide about ownership without being influenced by previous judicial observations. Regulatory bodies determine administrative matters. Justice Hassan Rizvi said several points were not kept into view in SC decision. He said that the court had also expressed resentment over filing the case or review petition.
