ISLAMABAD : Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan has said his government fully feels the anguish and distress people of Karachi are enduring due to torrential rains.
He held the federal and provincial governments will work together to address the problems facing them.
A positive movement forward has come to fore that both federal and provincial governments will work together in this challenging time to sort out 3 major problems of Karachi.
Besides cleaning the nullahs the encroachments are being removed, he said adding a lasting solution will be found to resolve the problems of garbage and drainage of water. The problem of supply of clean drinking water to people of Karachi will be addressed.
He tweeted “The whole nation feels the pain our people in Karachi are going through. However, out of this devastation & suffering there is now a positive development as my govt, along with the Sindh govt, is moving to immediately act & resolve 3 major problems of Karachi:
