FIA-Peshawar arrests three for running hundi-hawala business

The Federal Investi¬gation Agency (FIA) On Thursday arrested three suspects for allegedly running the illegal business of hundi and hawala in Dargai area of Malakand district and recovered Rs5.6 million in foreign and Pakistani currencies from their possessions.
The raid was conducted on the instructions of deputy director FIA corporate crime circle Peshawar. The arrested suspects were identified as Muhammad Adnan, Razi Shah and Niamat Ullah.
In a separate action, the FIA team during a raid arrested a suspected human trafficker and recovered 17 passports from his possession.
The stockperson of FIA told media persons that cases against the arrested persons were registered and further investigation has been lauched.
