FIA has stopped PTI leader and former federal minister Firdous Ashiq Awan from going abroad.
FIA sources told Online that Firdous Ashiq Awan was going to Canada through illegal way and Passport and Immigration Team took action and stopped her at Islamabad Airport.
According to FIA, Firdous Ashiq Awan was using blue passport. As per law blue passport cannot be used following abolition of government post or position. Blue passport has to be returned.
The authorities have seized passport of Firdous Ashiq Awan and sent her back. She was going to Dubai by EK-15 flight.
