DI Khan
2 laborers were gunned down and 2 were injured near police check post in Dera Ismail Khan (DI Khan).
As soon as the incident was reported, a large number of rescue officers and police reached the scene.
The injured and dead bodies have been shifted to DHQ hospital Dera.
According to media reports, it has been revealed in the initial reports that 4 persons who were killed and injured were laborers who were working in the fields when unidentified persons opened fire.
Police said in this regard that incident took place near police check post in Garah Hayat.
Further investigation is underway and search for terrorists has been started.
It is pertinent to say that earlier 3 FC officials were injured in an attack on security vehicle of Oil and Gas Company.
According to police, unidentified person attacked the security vehicle of the Oil and Gas Company in Darzanda area. The vehicle was detonated by remote control bomb, injuring 3 FC officials.
The firing between unidentified armed men and security squad also continued for long time in which civilian was also injured.
Apart from this, in the first week of this month, 2 officers of Khasadar police were injured by firing by unidentified persons in Mughalkot police station tehsil Darazanda Dumanda check post in DI Khan.
Police said that Mughalkot police station is at the junction of Baluchistan and Khyber Pakhtun Khwa (KPK). Shah Alam and Ehsan are among the injured officials.
