LAHORE
Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has decided to conduct Women’s Umpire and Coaching Course for the first time which will be held in January and February next year in Lahore. Preference will be given to former cricketers in PCB’s four-day umpiring and coaching course.
Women who pass the course will be included in the women’s panel of umpires in the upcoming domestic cricket season, women umpires will officiate at region, district and club level matches.
During the first 3 days of the four-day course, women umpires will be given basic information about rules, regulations and rules of the game. Written test, fitness test and interview will be conducted on the last day of the course.
Aspirant women can register online till December 31.
