Muhammad Faiq Shah, founder and chairman of the Amun Taraqqi Party emphasized consistent and long-lasting policies crucial to put the economy and country in the right direction.
In a statement issued here on Tuesday, Mr Shah said stable institutions with consistent policies have played a key role in the economic development of the global economies.
He added the institutions collectively contribute to creating a framework that supports economic development and ensures political accountability in a country.
Faiq stressed the need for all quarters to work together for the country’s progress for which his party has already proposed a joint platform in the shape of the Board of Wisdom and Honesty.
We struggle for public authority and justice as there is no quest to gain power.
The ATP chief said it is imperative to ensure social and economic justice.
He said his party was making vigorous efforts for public authority and justice.
Shah asked rulers and politicians to join hands for the country and people’s best interests.
He sought pragmatic steps to drive people out of the mire of problems.
The party leader made it clear that injustice and corruption couldn’t be wiped out until the crafting of a transparent system.
Shah warned that adopting an unjust way and feeble economy were posing a threat to the state, keeping in view its detrimental impacts and seriousness, institutions should play their proactive role.
The ATP couldn’t withdraw from provision of public authority and justice.
He vowed to sustain its efforts to bring true public representative government, he added.
