He Pak-China Technical and Vocational Institute (PCT&VI) in Gwadar has opened admissions for Batch 3 of its free three-month skills courses under the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) and the Prime Minister Youth Programme.
The latest courses — offered at no cost and open to applicants from middle to intermediate levels — include graphic design, web development, office management, e-commerce, Chinese and English language, and LTV driving. Applications are open online until Dec. 5, 2025, according to a Gwadar Pro’s report.
Shorter six-month technical courses such as crane operation, solar installation and mobile repair are also available. Tuition waivers and stipends are offered.

The initiative, run with Pak-China institutional support, aims to expand employment-oriented training in the CPEC-linked port city. PCT&VI has also started admissions for its 2025–26 diploma programmes, including three-year associate diplomas in IT, maritime and port management, e-commerce, robotics engineering and tourism, as well as one-year diplomas in languages, construction engineering and AI and data sciences.

The institute previously launched short courses in September focusing on digital and AI-related skills, with classes beginning in October.
A six-month crane and driving diploma introduced in July, developed with China’s Shandong Institute of Commerce and Technology, includes practical training and industry exposure. PCT&VI’s expanded course offerings reflect its growing role in supplying skilled labour for CPEC-related industries and emerging sectors in Balochistan.
