Now based in Peshawar and pursuing his studies at City University Peshawar, Maisam is a shining example of how passion and discipline can go hand in hand. Speaking about his journey, he shared, “Education is my foundation, and football is my identity. My dream is to represent Pakistan’s national football team and bring pride to my parents, my region, and my country.”
Maisam credits his early football training to former Pakistan national team captain Muhammad Arshad, who not only honed his technical abilities but also instilled in him the values of discipline, perseverance, and sportsmanship. “Coach Muhammad Arshad taught me that with dedication and hard work, nothing is impossible,” said Maisam, reflecting on his mentor’s influence.
