Govt decides to provide 3-G, 4-G service to tribal areas: Ministry of defence tells IHC

ISLAMABAD : Islamabad High Court (IHC) has wrapped up case against non provision of 3-G., 4-G service in tribal areas.

The case came up for hearing before single bench of IHC presided over by the Chief Justice (CJ) Athar Minallah Monday.

The defence ministry while informing the court about government decision told that government has decided to provide 3-G, 4-G service in tribal areas.

The court wrapped up the case.

The representative of interior ministry told the court schedule has been worked out for restoration of internet in tribal areas. Schedule has been provided to Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) as well.

The court while expressing satisfaction over defence ministry reply wrapped up the case.
