Governor Sindh Imran Ismail has said that the government has initiated Kamyab Jawan, Ehsaas, Health card and ration card programmes to facilitate the people of the country.
He was talking to the delegation of probationary officers of Pakistan audit and accounts service in Karachi on Monday.
He said that devolution of power at grass root level ensure the decisions are taken by the people and the community itself.
The Governor said the local bodies can perform well with devolution of power at the gross root level.
