Special Assistant to the Prime Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resources Development, Zulfi Bukhari has said that government was adopting every possible measure for the wellbeing of overseas Pakistanis as they were contributing in bolstering the country’s economy after working hard in foreign countries. Talking to President Tehsil Lahore Press Club, Farmanullah Niazi at his office in Islamabd on Sunday, Bukhari further said that overseas Pakistanis have a vital role in strengthening the country’s economy as every year they contribute significantly to national exchequer by sending remittances.
He said Prime Minister Imran Khan was taking personal interest in resolving issues being faced by the overseas Pakistanis adding that every possible step will be taken to safeguard the interests and rights of overseas countrymen.
Farmanullah Niazi apprised Zulfi Bukhari about issues of overseas Pakistanis responding to which Bukhari assured of taking every possible step to resolve the same on priority basis.
