ISLAMABAD: On 06 June, 2022 Aabpara police station received an application from foreign national official that the security guard of her house raped her. Upon receiving the application police registered a Fir no 511/22 under section 376 and 377 PPC. The investigation team used all the technical and human resources and succeeded in apprehending the accused who were identified as Muhammad Safier. The police gathered solid evidence and submitted a challan to the relevant court, where the full trial of the case was held and today the honorable court convicted the accused and sentenced him with life imprisonment.
