PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister’s Health Advisor, Ihtesham Ali, has taken strict notice of irregularities in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Paramedical Faculty examinations and announced further tightening of the examination process. In a telephonic conversation, he directed Acting Chief Executive Dr. Abid Hussain to ensure transparency in the examinations. He emphasized implementing strict measures to prevent the use of electronic devices and eliminate cheating. The Health Advisor highlighted that shifting exams from private colleges to government institutions is a significant achievement, despite initial challenges. Following his instructions, Dr. Abid Hussain has issued directives to examination staff across the province. Under the new measures, candidates arriving more than five minutes after the start of the MCQ paper will not be allowed to enter. If required, police will be deployed around examination centers.
Dr. Abid Hussain warned that mobile phones seized during exams will not be returned and that candidates’ roll number images must be verified. He also cautioned staff that any violation of examination SOPs could result in legal action.
