Hearing of 11 cases of May 9 incident adjourned

Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi has adjourned hearing of 11 cases related to May 9 incident till November 13. Judge Amjad Ali Shah of ATC Rawalpindi heard the case Wednesday. Former interior minister Sheikh Rashid appeared in the court. He got his attendance marked and then left the court. To a question from journalist that what he has to say on latest situation Sheikh Rashid said what to say. Date upon date, Case upon case. During the court’s proceedings, attendance of the accused persons was marked.
The process of distribution of copies of challan could not be completed.
According to prosecutor the process for distribution of copies of challan will be completed on next hearing.
The cases related to attack on GHQ gate No 4, torching metro bus station, attack on army museum, attack on building of intelligence agency in Sadar and attack on intelligence agency office on Murree road are included in May 9 cases.
