ISLAMABAD: The bail plea of PTI leader Senator Azam Swati in controversial tweets case could not be decided Monday and the matter has been adjourned for one day further. Babar Awan, counsel for Azam Swati appeared in the court and took the plea FIA registered case against Azam Swati while the petitioner is not aggrieved party. Babar Awan took the plea this case cannot be made against Azam Swati. Maximum fine to the tune of Rs 1000 can be imposed in connection with contempt matter . They have been taking along 75 years old citizen in two provinces. Babar Awan completed his arguments on bail application. The court sought arguments from special prosecutor Raja Rizwan today (Tuesday) and adjourned hearing of the case. Online
