BADIN: The indigenous of the village in Badin district observed the hunger-strike on its fifth day consecutive against according to them an illegal alotment of land covered by village. Large number of political, social and representative of civil society incudes, to participate the hunge-strike. The leaders including Ghulam Muen Soomro, Sardar Ghulam Rasul Soomro, President PPP city Badin, Wahid Bux Chandio, Hanif Soomro, Jabal Soomro and others leading the number of protesters observed token hunger-strike on its fifth consecutive day against the illegal occupation and allotment of the land of oldest village of Badin, village Haji Hussain Soomro . On the occasion, while talking the local journalists said that despite five days consecutive hunger-strike no concerned administration dare to take the notice of the matter. They alleged that revenue department along with mafia attempting to vacate the old village from indigenous people of Badin adding that displacing the local people of Badin official of revenue department were standing with retired officer amid to depress and displace the indigenous.
They said their protest and hunger-strike will be continued till meet them the justice.
